Flour Patisserie at Jersey

The Flow Curved Feature Lighting system was used in a new and contemporary patisserie in Jersey. Ricoman was approached by LED Lighting Jersey, exploring design ideas to light a new cake /coffee shop. The design was for a squiggle of light, transcending through the café linking all the spaces such as the counter, the seating and the display areas.

The client provided a sketch with an idea for the shape required and the Ricoman lighting design team came up with the perfect solution for what they were looking for. The Flow – curved linear system was a perfect match to provide continuous runs and Ricoman’s lighting designers carefully examined the space and produced various renders to make an accurate visual representation of how the actual space would look.

Ricoman was always close to the client during the various installation stages and also provided Casambi controls to maximise flexibility and minimise costs. The patisserie opened its doors to the public in November 2023. The bakery makes & delivers cupcakes, celebration cakes and miniature bakes right to people’s door. Flow contributes to the modern and artisan design of the place highlighting the details and the colour palette that makes the cakes so unique.
