Flow+ : The Linear Lighting Range That Bends to Your Brief
Most linear lighting ranges are built around one assumption: that the project will accommodate straight lines. Most of the time, that holds. Then you get the curved reception desk, the elliptical feature above a stairwell, the client who wants a lighting installation that no catalogue can answer.

Most linear lighting ranges are built around one assumption: that the project will accommodate straight lines. Most of the time, that holds. Then you get the curved reception desk, the elliptical feature above a stairwell, the client who wants a lighting installation that no catalogue can answer. That is the moment most manufacturers ask you to compromise. Ricoman built Flow+ so you don’t have to.

One Profile. Every Shape.
Flow+ is Ricoman’s curved linear range, engineered around a slim 35 x 35mm aluminium profile with a flexible silicone diffuser. What makes that significant is not the dimensions. It is the consistency. The same profile runs across every shape in the range: straight runs, L-shapes, arc segments, full rings. Whether a fitting is recessed into a ceiling, surface mounted along a wall, or suspended above a space, it reads identically.
That matters the moment you start combining shapes across a scheme. Mixed products from different ranges produce a patchwork. Flow+ produces a single, coherent ceiling plane.
Shape library at a glance:
Full rings: 450mm to 3000mm in diameter
Straight lengths: 900mm to 2400mm
L-shapes: 60°, 90°, and 120°
Arc segments: 45°, 60°, 90°, 120°, and 180° across diameters from 450mm to 3000mm
Where Flow+ Actually Separates Itself
The shape library covers most briefs. But the capability that sets Flow+ apart is what happens when it doesn’t.
Ricoman manufactures custom arcs in-house using a state-of-the-art bending machine. That means if the geometry of a space falls outside the standard catalogue, whether that is an irregular curve, a bespoke diameter, or a form dictated by the architecture itself, the team can produce it. Built precisely to the brief, not approximated from the nearest available shape.
For specifiers working on one-off interiors, high-end hospitality, or statement commercial projects, this removes a constraint that would otherwise force a design compromise. The brief stays intact.

Colour Quality That Holds Across a Project
Flow+ is specified with a CRI above 90 Ra and an SDCM of 3 or less. In real terms: every fitting on a project matches, and the light renders materials, finishes, and surfaces accurately. On a scheme combining multiple shapes across a large ceiling, that consistency is not a nice-to-have. It is fundamental.
Colour temperature options: 2700K, 3000K, 4000K, 5000K, and 6500K. 3000K and 4000K held in stock as standard. RGB, CTC, and SPI available to order.
The CTC option deserves particular attention for human-centric briefs. It allows a single fitting to shift between cooler, task-oriented output and warmer ambient tones across the course of a day, with no product swap and no additional infrastructure required. If the brief requires lighting that works with occupants rather than against them, CTC is worth specifying from the outset.
Controls, Finish, and Emergency Configurations
Flow+ supports DALI dimming and Casambi wireless as standard control options, covering the majority of commercial briefs without requiring bespoke infrastructure.
Emergency configurations are available for both standard and DALI addressable applications, so the range holds up in projects where emergency compliance is required without reaching for a separate product family.
Finish is black as standard. Custom RAL is available to order for projects where the fitting needs to disappear into, or become part of, the interior.
The Numbers Behind the Aesthetics
Up to 151 lm/W efficacy. 50,000-hour rated lifetime. Five-year warranty.
For commercial interiors where maintenance access is restricted, disruption is costly, or the client expects a long-term return on the specification, those figures carry real weight. High efficacy reduces running costs. A 50,000-hour lifetime means the fitting is not a short-term decision. The warranty backs the product with something tangible.
Specification Support From Ricoman’s Lighting Design Team
Flow+ is a product that rewards early specification. The more the lighting design team understands the brief, including ceiling heights, material finishes, control requirements, and bespoke geometry, the more precisely Flow+ can be configured to answer it.
Ricoman’s in-house lighting design team is available to support the process from early concept through to final layout. If the project calls for custom arcs or a configuration not covered by the standard range, that conversation is the right place to start.
