Zodiac 48V Direct Track

Zodiac is Ricoman's range of low voltage tracks and track lights, available in Direct Track, Direct/Indirect Track and Round Track profiles, each backed by a 5 year warranty and offered in 1 metre or 2 metre lengths. Because it covers several track shapes within one 48V system, specifiers can choose the profile that best suits the ceiling and design intent while staying within a single product family. This makes it a flexible base for projects that combine ambient, task and decorative lighting on one system in homes, offices or commercial spaces.

The Zodiac system supports linear lights, recessed aperture downlights, spotlights, decorative rings, globes, flexible neon and pendants, all designed to run on the same low voltage track. This means a specifier can put ambient linear lighting, focused spotlights and decorative pendants on one continuous track rather than combining several separate systems. It reduces the number of different infrastructures a contractor needs to install and wire on a project.

Zodiac is offered as Direct, Direct/Indirect and Round track, each available in 1 metre and 2 metre lengths with matching L-connectors and end caps. Accessories include a recessed installation kit for the Direct track, a suspension kit for hanging the track, a mechanical connector plate, and both flexible and straight electrical connectors for building out a layout. Yes, the Zodiac range includes a Bluetooth speaker module, available as master or slave units, with a working range of around 10 metres without obstacles and a transmission power of around 12dB, that runs directly on the same track as the lighting. This suits commercial and hospitality environments where background music alongside the lighting is useful, without running a separate speaker system.
