For this project, we used several of our top products. The Estrella Pro provided advanced LED lighting with superior efficiency and performance. The Zodiac 48V Spot Lights offered versatile and dynamic spotlights, ideal for creating focused lighting effects. The Galaxia Ring Pendants added an elegant touch, combining functionality with aesthetic appeal. Additionally, the IP65 Neptune Downlights were selected for their durability and high performance across various settings.
The project highlights include new all-electric, energy-efficient heating, cooling, and lighting solutions throughout the workspace. The innovative design features an exposed concrete structure and full-height glazing, creating a workspace that excites and intrigues while offering incredible views of Manchester’s finest architecture, both new and old. The workspace is offered to the market through tailored fitted and furnished options, simply fitted, or CAT A opportunities.
