Parklands

Parklands 1A is a high-profile office building located adjacent to the Middlebrook Retail, Leisure & Business Park in Bolton. This area includes offices, industrial spaces, retail stores, and leisure facilities, with major retailers such as M&S, ASDA, Next, and Boots, as well as numerous restaurants and a Vue Cinema.

Lighting Solutions Provided by RICOMAN: RICOMAN Lighting was tasked with designing and providing the lighting solutions for the refurbishment of Parklands 1A. Our team delivered an innovative lighting design that enhances the building’s functionality and aesthetic appeal.

For this project, we utilised several of our premium products. The RICOMAN Estrella Pro and Pulsar pendants were installed to provide advanced LED lighting, ensuring high efficiency and excellent performance. The E-Pro downlights and Neptune downlights were selected for their durability and superior light quality, contributing to a bright and welcoming environment throughout the building.

The recent refurbishment of Parklands 1A has transformed the space, featuring a stunning reception area, a Peloton studio, and a coffee lounge, complemented by excellent on-site parking facilities.

Situated adjacent to Junction 6 of the M61, Middlebrook also boasts its own railway station, Horwich Parkway, providing direct connections between Blackpool, Bolton, Manchester, and Manchester Airport. The area is also well-served by bus routes connecting to the immediate local area, ensuring ease of access for employees and visitors.
