Aeroline

Aeroline is a series of unobtrusive mini LED light lines with an ultra slim 8mm profile and only 18mm width, designed to sit discreetly within a space rather than draw attention to the fitting itself. It suits under cabinet kitchen lighting, retail, display and refrigeration lighting, where a slim, low profile light source is needed in a confined space. Aeroline has been used in projects including Studio Power Architects in Manchester and a supermarket fit-out in Leicester.

Aeroline is available in six standard lengths from 150mm up to 1200mm, each with its own wattage and lumen output, so the fitting can be sized to match a specific run of cabinetry, shelving or a display unit. Output ranges from 210 lumens on the shortest 150mm length to around 1200 lumens on the longest 1200mm length. This lets installers size a run closely to the cabinet or display it is being fitted into, minimising waste.

Aeroline has a wide range of connection accessories, including a middle connector and left, right, T and plus shaped corner connectors, which let runs change direction without needing a separate custom part. Fixing clips are available for both 90 degree and 180 degree installations, along with an extension cable, a hand to hand connector and a 1 to 4 adaptor junction cable for splitting a supply across multiple runs. This range supports installers fitting Aeroline around corners, joints and awkward cabinet layouts.

Aeroline can be fitted with a touch switch, a sensor switch or a dimmer switch, giving a simple way to control the light without needing a separate wall mounted control system. A magnet, metal plate and 3M tape mounting option is also available for surfaces where drilling is not practical, and a side power entry point accessory supports different cable routing needs. These options make it straightforward to add local, on demand control to a short run of under cabinet or display lighting.

Aeroline is available in 3000K or 6000K colour temperatures, giving a choice between a warmer ambient tone and a cooler, more clinical white. This is useful where under cabinet or display lighting needs to match or contrast with the main room scheme, for example a warmer 3000K under a kitchen cabinet against a cooler retail display case. The aluminium body with plastic end caps assists with heat management in the confined spaces the product is designed for.
